ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the carrier and displayed at checkout. We are happy to offer Free Shipping for any purchases over $250. 

We are thrilled to offer international shipping, however the Free Shipping option is only available for domestic orders. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tess Elizabeth Vintage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
